MINI Performance Gold Portfolio
The Brooklands Portfolios, are compilations of contemporary newspaper and magazine reports, and as the new MINI has only been out for six years, this offering is all in full-colour.
Although the title of this book is MINI Performance Portfolio, there are plenty of non-performance based articles.
There are good reports on factory-backed John Cooper Works, Works GP and Chili models, as well as modified versions from Hartge, and AC Schnitzer.
But, there is a also a bit of fleshing out of the book with road tests and introduction reports on all the base models - One, One D, Cooper, Cooper S, and Cabrio versions.
As the MINI has a major impact on the US market, there are more than the usual number of reports from US magazines. There are, however, only two reports from Australia.
Still, if you love your new MINI, then you should love this book.
